Quality& Filtration Performance

Quality: Fairey Industrial Ceramics Limited places great emphasis on the verification of all it's product performance claims. Micro-biological testing of filter elements is regularly undertaken in our own specialist facilities as well as by many of the worlds leading independent laboratories. Filters are routinely subjected to worse case test conditions designed to simulate an intensive life time exposure to a variety of water borne contaminants.

Quality

NSF DoultonŽ filter models HIP and HCP along with Sterasyl, Carbosyl, Supercarb and Ultracarb elements are listed to NSF standards 42 and 53.

 

 

 ISO 9002 : 1994 DoultonŽ water filtration products are manufactured in accordance with International quality standard BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994. All stages of the manufacturing process from raw material selection and grading, through component processing to final assembly and inspection are subject to the strictest process control with full product traceability in operation.

WRAS DoultonŽ water filters carry UK Water Regulations Advisory Scheme approval.

 

 

 
Filtration Performance : All DoultonŽ ceramic filter elements are manufactured with the highly consistent and controlled pore structure necessary to provide genuine sub micron filtration.
